01Living in Hillville
Hillville is a quiet rural locality in the Manning Valley, in the hills south-west of Taree and next door to Tinonee. It is farm and bush country, with acreage and grazing paddocks and The Bucketts Way running through.
At the 2021 Census, 302 people lived in Hillville, in 134 private dwellings. In season, Mountain View Sunflowers opens its fields for pick-your-own days, with picnics and wide views over the hills. Tinonee's general store and public school are just down the road, and Taree is a short drive away.
